BOOKING POLICIES
Here is how we plan mobile visits, review travel and coordinate group appointments. Appointments are not open yet; final payment and cancellation terms will be shown before booking begins.

01 / REQUESTS
Future online and text requests will be reviewed for availability, address and travel before a time is confirmed. Please request at least 24 hours ahead. The planned Arizona hours are Monday, Saturday and Sunday, 8am–8pm, and Tuesday through Friday, 8am–11am. A request is not a confirmed appointment until we send a separate confirmation.
02 / PRICE
Mobile Teeth Whitening is $199 per adult for about an hour. The optional Desensitizing Gel Add-On is +$20. We will show the complete payment process and any deposit before appointments open. For current pricing details, see Pricing.
03 / CHANGES
Final cancellation and refund terms will be presented before we accept appointment requests. If you have already arranged a visit directly with us, contact us by text or email about a change; the terms confirmed for that appointment apply.
04 / TRAVEL
We review every address around Scottsdale. An eligible address about 15–20 miles out has Extended Area Travel (+$25), charged once per visit even if several adults are scheduled at the same address. Gilbert and Chandler are not currently served. We will tell you whether the add-on applies before a time is confirmed. Explore the service area.
05 / GROUPS
We have one appointment setup, so visits are sequential and take about an hour per adult. Text your date, address and headcount to coordinate a proposed schedule. Payment arrangements and each guest's confirmation will be discussed before appointments are set. One travel add-on, if applicable, applies to the shared address visit.
06 / ELIGIBILITY
Services are for adults 18 and older. Scottsdale Teeth Whitening offers a cosmetic service, not dental care, diagnosis or treatment. We do not promise a specific outcome. Ask your dentist if you have questions about your teeth, gums, dental work or whether whitening is appropriate for you.
07 / YOUR LOCATION
Please provide a spot for one chair near an outlet and accurate parking, gate or room details. For a hotel, resort, rental or workplace, confirm that the property permits an outside provider and share any visitor rules before the visit.
08 / WEBSITE
