A few easy steps
after your visit.
This general guide is for the rest of the day after a cosmetic whitening appointment. It does not replace directions from your dentist or the instructions supplied with a DaVinci product.
If your dentist has given you instructions for your teeth or gums, follow those first. Contact your dentist for dental symptoms or treatment advice.
Keep it simple.
For the rest of the day, you may want to skip coffee, tea, red wine and dark sauces. Choose what feels comfortable for you and follow any product-specific directions you were given.
Notice how you feel.
Some people notice temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation after whitening. If discomfort is severe or does not settle, contact your dentist.
Return to your routine.
Keep up your usual routine and dental checkups. If you have questions about crowns, fillings or other dental work, ask your dentist.
